Returns & Refunds

All pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment. If a pre-order is canceled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the product is not manufactured or shipped, all customers will automatically receive a full refund.

Once orders have shipped, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.

After a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
